A Star is born in Dunkin Donuts

Excellence is manifested early and quickly, especially in a workplace setting where the stars shine through. I experienced this first-hand just this morning as I walked into my local Dunkin Donuts to get a coffee. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtfulness displayed by the woman who took my order. She looked at me and asked, “How would you like that? In a bag or cup holder?” Being so pleased by her cordiality, I told her so. She smiled, and answered, “ I appreciate the appreciation”. Wow!
